CHEMICAL DOSING UNIT

The Chemical Unit is a truck, trailer ore skid mounted unit for the storing and dosing of chemicals on the well site to the Blender, Hydration Unit or any other mixing device. ACC-3 is available on liquid chemical system. This control unit operates separately from the unit ore will be controlled by the ACT-WS Data Acquisition unit.The design guaranties units according to the road conditions of the final country. That includes axle weight, dimensions and other. On and off-road conditions are included.
A chemical unit can be complete with centrifugal pump and data acquisition system for use as Acid Blender. All mounted chemical pumps are working independently computer controlled for accurate monitoring of additives at various rates. Six chemical pumps plus flow meters in connection with an automatic chemical control system guarantee most wanted accuracy during work in the oilfield.

The Data Acqusition Unit is a truck, trailer or container mounted fully insulated and air-conditioned computerised data acquisition and control unit. It is equipped with all required soft- and hardware: industrial-grade computers, displays, printer and Blender, Hydration Unit, Pumper control system.
Data Van is used for pre-designing, monitoring, controlling and analysing of stimulation or other oilfield operations. The unit can be complete with a required laboratory department inclusive the necessary lab equipment.

Our Frac Pumper is a truck, trailer ore skid mounted high pressure pumping unit with the purpose to pump proppant, acid inhibited and other fracturing and stimulation fluids into the well.The high pressure pump is driven by an equivalent diesel engine over the necessary transmission. Each component of the our Pumper Truck Units is selected to provide optimum performance to the end user, as dictated by environmental conditions, topography, service and parts availability and job and service performance. Under consideration of the extreme ambient conditions at many places of the world our units are equipped with different heating systems for engine and work fluids, as well with the necessary radiator systems.The design guaranties units according to the road conditions of the final country. That includes axle weight, dimensions and other. On and off road conditions are included. An enclosed remote portable control unit is designed for rough outdoor use. It is complete with electronic rate and total flow and pressure meters and includes all necessary unit controls and warning devices.All units can be operated from the remote control as well as from a central PC based control system with up to 16 pumping units in on time.

The blenders advanced unit control systems enhance slurry quality and operator performance by automatic tub leveling, automatic density control and automatic chemical control.ABC-3 (3rd Version) is available on liquid and dry chemical. SAND TRUCKS & SILOS

The Sand Trucks ore Trailer and Silos are mobile sand and proppant transportation and storage units. They deliver different fracturing sands and ceramic proppant continuously and in controlled quantities to the blender during fracturing operations.Depending on the chosen design with one or more compartments, the Sand Truck/Trailer ore Silo are able to deliver different proppant types and/or sizes within one fracturing job without time consuming and dangerous changeovers to other proppant storage units.The Passover of the proppant to the blender unit is designed to ensure trouble-free operation.
Carefully controlled weight distribution eliminates tire and axle overloading on the trucks. The unit’s wheel base is made as short as possible, resulting in a small turning radius and ease of manoeuvrability. This combination and the excellent off-road capabilities of the chassis makes sand trucks, as well as the other unit trucks to the most reliable equipment when accessing well sites located in the roughest terrain. Under consideration of the extreme temperature conditions at oil fields units are equipped with different heating and cooling systems for fluids.

Truck Units can be designed to lift on site a load of 70.000 kg of proppant on site. Standard Units for Trucks are 30, 50 and 60 t with 2 departments. Trailer Units are able to handle up to 100.000 kg on site. Standard trailer units are 40, 60, 80 and 100 t with 2 departments Max proppant transportation weight is dependent on truck ore trailer weight and road regulations.Sand silos are built dependent on the customer needs with up to 120.000 kg. The silo can be spitted in different departments. The silo is built in a standard container size for easy transportation. We are building 20, 30 and 40 feet silos. Dependent on that the silo will hold 45, 75 or 100 t of proppant. Dependent on height up to 3 compartments are possible. If needed the silo can be delivered including a split fundament that allows placing the silo on the well site without any wind problems.

FRAC MANIFOLD UNIT
FRAC MANIFOLD UNIT
The Low – and High Pressure Frac Manifold is designed for the distribution of frac fluids, mixed by the blender, to the pumper. Two separate pressure systems are provided for uninterrupted operations.The manifold can be built as a manifold skid for up to 6 pumping units. This skid can be easily handled by a crane ore with the Oil Filed truck combined with a hydraulic crane. The skid will be also used to transport all necessary lose iron. The manifold can be also build as a trailer version with up to 12 pump units. Both units are completed by a low and high pressure manifold. The low pressure manifold will route the Fluid pushed by a centrifugal pump on blender or other mixing system to the pumping unit suction connections. The high pressure manifold will take the fluid from the pumps and deliver it to the well head.

ACT is using own pump iron. Dependent on the design pump rate the necessary pipe diameter will be used.We are offering:

TWIN CEMENTING UNITS

Heavy Duty Mobile Twin Pump Cementing Unit mounted on truck, trailer ore skid is suitable for a wide variety of fluid pumping operations in the oilfield. Typical operations include oil well cementing, well acidizing treatments, hydro jet perforating, solvent pumping, pressure testing and miscellaneous fluid pumping.
Equipment Description:
The twin cementing unit is a high horsepower twin triplex pump unit that is equipped to operate at the work site independent of other equipment. The twin cementing unit is fabricated on a truck, Trailer ore skid. Deck mounted equipment consist of two diesel engine, automatic transmission, triplex down hole pumps, a high energy recirculation cement mixing system that meets API requirements for cement mixing, 3,5 m³ displacement tank, centrifugal pumps for mixing and pressurizing the triplex pump suctions, displacement tanks and complete operator station and control systems, Hydraulic systems driven from the provide power for driving the centrifugal pumps. Data recording equipment and instrumentation provide for measurement of pump rate, pressure and fluid density versus time. Recording and monitoring equipment is included which will allow the recording of job data and down loading reports to the laptop computer supplied or other computer systems.

ENHANCED DENSITY SYSTEM:
ACT twin cementing unit provides Enhanced Density System ‘EDS’ which is a high energy re-circulating cement mixing system that can be used as standalone cement mixing skid unit or installed on offshore skid, trailer mounted or chassis mounted cementing units. This mixing system consist of a hydraulic or electrical system that drives the fluid handling pumps, a proprietary designed high energy recirculation cement mixing head and the required manifold system to introduce dry bulk cement and water and transfer the mixed slurry to the down hole pumps.
The mixing system consists of a cement unit metering valve and a high energy re-circulating slurry mixer that discharges the slurry through a diffuser.The mixer design maximizes wetting of all cement by induction of the dry bulk cement into the clean mix water and the re-circulating slurry. The mix water centrifugal pump and the re-circulating centrifugal pump provide the main source of energy. The diffuser aids in removing air entrainment from the bulk cement and eliminates dust in the mix tank. The 1.2 cubic meter cylindrical mix allows adequate residence time for through mixing and averaging of density with variable bulk cement delivery. The cylindrical tank design eliminates ‘dead spots’, provides positive suction head and eliminates cavitations’. A dual vane hydraulic driven turbine agitator provides additional mixing energy and slurry homogeneity. The mixing capacity range Is approximately 0 to 2,3 m³/min with a slurry weight range of 1000 – 2500 kg/m3. The mixing system manifolding delivers fluid to the suction manifold of the re-circulating pump and to the triplex down hole pump via the supercharging centrifugal pumps.
The twin cementing unit is capable of operating during extended pumping operations in rough oilfield environments with ambient temperature ranges of -45° C to +50° C.
Chemicals adding system can be installed.
An Automatic Density Control system will allow automatic mixing of cement and other chemicals to the slurry with a density accuracy of+- 0,2 g/ccm.
A Data Acquisition system is included.

Hot Water Units are the most efficient way to heat large volumes of water for hydraulic fracturing and cementing Hot Water Units are the most efficient way to heat large volumes of water for hydraulic fracturing and cementing applications under arctic and any other conditions. The unit can be built truck, trailer, skid or container mounted. The units can be built for diesel oil ore similar fuel heating as well as with gas burners. Constructions to heat direct Crude Oil, Brine, and Drill Mud ore Acid is possible. Container: Completely insulated container for arctic conditions ore with air condition for hot arias, with a double door for maintenance at the rear and operation door on the right side heated by 4 x 2 kW electrical heaters and 10 kW coolant heaters from generator pack or road truck engine. The container is completed with lights for 24 hours use.

Heat unit:
We are able to install heating unit s with a capacity of 1.000 up to 5.400 kW heating power dependent on costumer need.
All instrumentation for a long term and safe use are included.
Circulation pump:
To circulate the fluid to the heating unit a self-priming centrifugal pumps will be used. The pump is hydraulically or electrically driven. All necessary parts are included.
Generator:
A generator is installed to power burner, heat and light.
The generator can be driven from an axially mounted engine or from the PTO of the truck engine.
Controls:
For easy use all controls are installed on one panel in the container.
